BLAIR – Water levels on the Missouri River at Blair are inching out of the minor flood stage, just above 26 point five feet and the flood gates at the Blair Water Facility are lowered, accessing Optimist park and the river.  This will not last long though, the National Weather Service indicates the water level will reach up to 30 feet by This Thursday.  Those living in flood prone areas are encouraged to take precautions. We are in a flash flood advisory as well.
