LINCOLN – A bottled water drive is being held for students at Peru State College.
Classes are expected to resume Wednesday, but the college is still without drinkable water.
Drinking water on campus was deemed unsafe for the 2,400 students.
The water drive will be held until 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Catholic Social Services building at 2241 O Street in Lincoln.
A trailer of water will be delivered to the Peru State College campus on Wednesday.
